A place to Speak Truth to Power for Peace, Justice, & Freedom: http://www.ThePortlandAlliance.org/donate

The Portland Alliance needs your help to survive.

Dedicated organizers, writers, activists, and artists have been struggling to fund

and publish The Alliance, so that everyday people can be provided with a forum.  The Portland Alliance

newspaper has been standing up against racism, corruption, and violence for more than thirty one years.

Mainstream media misrepresents, downplays, or ignores critical news.

The Alliance published three print issues in 2010.  We published five print issues and two online  issues in 2011.
If you want this paper to continue, we need volunteers, participation, and funding. Please send funds by visiting
our home page at

http://www.theportlandalliance.org.   Just click on the Donate button there or on this page.

We still process hundreds of emails per day and update our online web pages and news resources!
If you want to learn how to publish online and/or in print, come on by our production offices up by
PCC Cascade at 5926 N. Albina, in Portland, OR. We have four Ubuntu desktop computers, three laptops,
three printers, two scanners, two fax machines, and hi-speed internet connections.  Help us serve the
community and walk the talk!

Below is our schedule of community meetings.  Please attend when you can or stop by the office.

We currently have four regular volunteers coming in to help, but we really need about eleven to do the job
right.  For more information on how we can work together to save this resource, check here:

Each month we need 2100 dollars to pay the overhead and/or create, publish, print, and distribute the paper.
Right now, the corporate elite own congress, the courts, and the media.  Everyday people are wiretapped, rendered,
tortured, raped, or murdered... and our leaders claim a right to pursue anyone, anytime, anywhere, for any reason...
or for no reason at all.  We could surrender in fear.  But vital, active, radical, underground publications give
us a seat at the table. If you believe in peace, justice, and freedom:  NO FEAR, NO COMPROMISE, & NO SURRENDER!
